Morris Doc Honored For Clinical Excellence At Overlook Medical Center
Neurosurgeon Paul Saphier one of 21 to be nominated by peers.
MORRIS TWP., N.J. – Dr. Paul Saphier has made a difference in so many lives. Now he’s being honored for it.
The Morris Township resident and Overlook Medical Center physician was honored with the Clinical Excellence Award for his work as a neurosurgeon.
When he accepted the award, Saphier said, “I am honored to be here tonight and to be part of this wonderful team and family. We’re not just treating patients, we’re treating families.” He quoted a line from a favorite song – “Home is wherever I am with you” – and said his mission is simple: “I just want to get patients home.”

Saphier was one of 21 Overlook Medical Center staff members to be awarded on May 10 at the event. Those being honored were nominated by their peers.
