David Zimmerman discussed the Abramson Planning report and its relation to CBD Zone and how it relates to Master Plan revision. He gave an overview of variances needed and density and had photos of the exterior with a superimposed image of the fire escape and potential views from different locations. He also presented photos of other buildings on Elm Street with visible fire escapes
The board said that the other fire escapes only have a single flight of stairs. The board also had questions for Zimmerman about trash removal parking on Elm Street and occupants for the new unit.
