Dems Hold Lead In Morristown's General Election 2025: Unofficial Results
Three people are vying to become Morristown's next mayor, and six candidates are seeking three seats on the council.

Mayoral Race
Three people are vying to become the Mayor of Morristown.

On the ballot is Democrat incumbent Tim Dougherty, who has served as Morristown’s mayor since 2010.
Republican challenger Bruce Meringolo is on the ballot, bringing experience as the Mayor of Long Hill Township.
Finally, running independently is local business owner and Morristown Planning Board member Andrea Lekberg.

*Dougherty, Democrat — 3,026 votes
Meringolo, Republican — 1,321 votes
Lekberg, Independent — 798 votes
Council Race
Six candidates are vying for three seats on Morristown's council.

- *Toshiba Foster, Democrat — 3,144 votes
- *Nathan Umbriac, Democrat — 3,207 votes
- *David Silva, Democrat — 3,240 votes
- Andrew Delaney, Republican — 1,671 votes
- Celeste Kaitsa, Republican — 1,554 votes
- Aaron Oliver, Republican — 1,543 votes
