Morristown's Vail Mansion Sold for $2.8M

MORRISTOWN — The Vail Mansion, an anchor property in the heart of Morristown for over a hundred years, now as new owners.

Hospitality Resources — Hillandale LLC, of Green Avenue in Madison, are responsible for the approximately $13K in taxes after purchasing the property for $2.8 million on June 14,according to state records.

The historic landmark on South Street features luxury condos and the Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen restaurant.

Jockey Hollow is known for its fine dining seafood, beer hall, and 1920s style cocktail lounge.
