Ongoing Police Activity Blocks Off Street In Morristown
Police personnel have been on the scene at Hillairy Avenue since the early afternoon. Police said there is no current danger to the public.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Law enforcement is currently undergoing an investigation in the area of Hillairy Avenue and Martin Luther King Avenue, according to the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.
Morristown police have asked residents to avoid the area around Hillairy Avenue for the time being.
According to Meghan Knab, a spokesperson for the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office, there is no danger to the public at this time, but she described the situation as an “active investigation.”
