Picatinny Project Manager Took Wave Runner, $20K In Kickback Scheme
Shawn Fuller faces up to 10 years in prison.

A construction project manager working at Picatinny Arsenal in Morris County admitted to taking $20,000 and gifts over the course of four years in a kickback scheme, U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman announced.
Shawn Fuller, 45, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania pleaded guilty Wednesday to a charge of accepting unlawful kickbacks, Fishman said.
Fuller was working as a project manager at the installation for a “prime” contractor – which was not identified in court documents – when he received cash and gifts from subcontractors in return for favorable treatment on related construction projects, Fishman said.
