Teens Had Drugs In Morris Co. Park: Park Police

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morris County Park police made several arrests between Nov. 15 and Nov. 17, including for two teens with drugs in a park. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:

-11/15: ARREST FOR D.W.I.: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morristown. An investigation led to Benjamin Rosario, age 40, of Morris Township, to be charged with Driving While Intoxicated and several other violations. He was released with a court date pending.

-11/15: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Morris Township. An investigation revealed the driver, Jason R. Harry, age 41, of East Orange, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Jersey City Municipal Court. He was transferred to the custody of the Jersey City Police Department.

-11/15: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Montville. An investigation led to Kenneth W. Hoggle, age 46, of Plainfield, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.

-11/16: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious person in Morristown. An investigation led to Robert J. Gagg, age 31, of Hamburg, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released with a court date pending.

-11/17: ARRESTS FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment violation in Morristown. An investigation led to two juveniles being charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. They were both released to a parent at the scene with court dates pending.
