Meditation at Art Gallery, Music at Mompou

Feeling stressed and would like to get a little centered? Why not try meditation? At 7 p.m. Wednesday, the Newark Community Meditation Center is hosting a meditation session, complete with information for beginners, at the City Without Walls art gallery, 6 Crawford St. Attendees who arrive late are asked to remove their shoes before entering and to enter quietly (of course!).
