Newark Man Charged with Manslaughter After Passenger Killed in Chase
Graham allegedly stole truck in Newark

A city man faces manslaughter, eluding and other charges after a passenger in the truck he’d allegedly stolen was killed during a police pursuit Friday in Union County, NJ.com reported.
David Graham, 42, was driving a Ford F-250 that had been reported stolen in Newark when Union police attempted to pull him over, the Union County Prosecutor’s Office said. Graham reportedly fled, leading police on a chase that ended when Graham lost control of the truck and crashed into a telephone pole on Rt. 22 east in Hillside. The female passenger, who was not immediately identified, was killed.
Graham was being held on $650,000 bail.
