Man Wanted In Hackensack Homicide: Prosecutor
Authorities consider Jairo Echeverry, 20, armed and dangerous.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Authorities are searching for a man wanted in connection with a Hackensack homicide.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Jairo Echeverry, 20, in connection with a shooting, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said in a news release.
The shooting occurred at 1:19 a.m. Sunday. The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office was informed that a man was shot and killed in front of a Grove Street home in Hackensack, Musella said.

Authorities identified the victim as Christian Pacas, 22, of Hackensack, the prosecutor said. The incident is still being investigated.
Echeverry is considered armed and dangerous, and people should not "try to engage him," Musella said.
