2 NJ State Troopers Hospitalized After South Jersey Crash
The crash took place on Route 322 in Atlantic County on Thursday, state police said.
HAMILTON, NJ - Two New Jersey State Police troopers were hospitalized following a crash in South Jersey, state police said.
The crash took place at around 11 a.m. Thursday on Route 322 eastbound near milepost 40.3 in Hamilton Township (Atlantic County) when a state police vehicle was struck by a Ford Escape, a New Jersey State Police spokesperson told Patch.
The two troopers were transported by ambulance to an area hospital; the driver of the Escape was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, state police said.

The crash remains under investigation. The conditions of the troopers and the driver of the Escape were not immediately made public as of Friday morning.
