The Ocean City Art Center’s Friends of Music is proud to sponsor this annual event begun by Esther C. Weil in 1998. An avid supporter of music in Philadelphia and Ocean City, Mrs. Weil recognized the talent and professional musical quality conductor de Pasquale produces with his student orchestra. The Mother’s Day Concert is dedicated to her memory.
