Zoning Board Meeting

A meeting of the Ocean City Zoning Board of Adjustment is scheduled to be held in Council Chambers at City Hall located at 861 Asbury Avenue.  The business noted below will be discussed.

New Business:

1.       (ZC11-009) Simmons 3320-22 Wesley Avenue, Block: 3301, Lot: 17, R-O-2-50 Zone

Existing: Residential duplex.

           Proposed: Reconstruct 1^st and 2^nd floor decks on ocean side requiring rear yard setback variance. 

2.           (ZD11-012) Ocean City Repertory Theater 813 Asbury Avenue, Block 806, Lot 7, CB Zone

           Existing: multiple unit two story mixed use structure.

           Proposed:   Use variance for black-box theater requiring bulk variances for parking and transparent glass
