New Business:

1.     ZC11-021 Ronald and Margaret DeFelice, 633 Simpson Avenue, Block 607, Lot 5,NEN Zone

        Existing:  New single family dwelling

Proposed: Side yard and aggregate side yard setback variances required for installed HVAC, raised planters and porch/stairs.

        Existing:  Single family dwelling

Proposed: Construct 1 ½ story addition requiring front yard, side yard and aggregate side yard setbacks and off-street parking variances.
