$10K-Winning Lottery Ticket Sold At Bergen County Discount Store

An estimated 29,000 other state players won over $135,000 in prizes.

GARFIELD, NJ — A New Jersey Lottery player won $10,000 on Tuesday after purchasing a third-tier prize winning ticket at discount store Jersey Dollar in Garfield, according to a news release from the lottery. The winner matched four of the five white balls and the gold Mega Ball.

In addition, 11 players matched four of the five white balls drawn, making each ticket worth $500. More than 29,000 other state players took home over $135,000 in cash prizes, ranging from $2 to $800, the release said.

The winning numbers for the Tuesday drawing were: 04, 34, 40, 41 and 53. The gold Mega Ball was 03, and the Megaplier Multiplier was 04.

The jackpot rolls over to reach $226 million for the next drawing on Friday at 11 p.m, the release added.
