Bergen Co. Man Charged With Child Porn Distribution: Bergen Prosecutor
After a months-long investigation, the Prosecutor's Office found the 21-year-old man distributed files with nude children on the internet.
PARAMUS, NJ - A 21-year-old Lyndhurst, NJ man was charged with production, possession and distribution of child pornography and child endangerment, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Vincent P. Incalcaterra, 21, used the internet to view, download and distribute files with nude prepubescent children, a months-long investigation by Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit found.
“The investigation revealed that Incalcaterra…used social media to engage in sexually explicit dialogue and video chats with children, some of whom he convinced to undress on camera,” said Musella.

Incalcaterra was charged with first-degree production of child pornography; second-degree distribution of child pornography; third-degree possession of child pornography; and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.
Incalcaterra was remanded to the Bergen County Jail before his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

This Cyber Crimes Unit investigation is still ongoing.
