Bergen Towne Center to Make Room for Red Robin Restaurant
Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment will hear plans Thursday for proposed modifications to the REI building at Bergen Towne Center for a Red Robin Restaurant.

Bergen Towne Center mall is looking to make modifications to one of its buildings to make way for Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, which would be the only Bergen County location for the chain restaurant.
Paramus Board of Adustment is expected to hear an amended site plan and signage proposal Thursday night.
The applicant plans to modify the existig REI building and seeks approval for additional signage and to add a new facade in order to accomodate the restaurant's trademark archictecture, according to North Jersey.com.

If granted approval, Red Robin would become the mall's 12th restaurant according to NorthJersey.com.
This week a new sandwich shop, Pon the Spring Valley Avenue/Maywood side next to Pei Wei Asian diner another recent restaurant. The Bahama Breeze Island Grille opened its doors in November in a free standing area on the Route 4 side next to the Olive Garden.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers has other locations in the state include Woodbridge and Rockaway. The closest is on Route 3 East in Clifton.
The Zoning Board meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.
