East Brook Middle School's Art Club created a bouquet of Friendship Flowers in the colors of green and white to honor and celebrate the 26 lives that were lost in Newtown, Conn. in December.
Each of the 26 homerooms were asked to sign a memory card which was then attached to a flower. The bouquet of flowers are in display at a case at the school. A photo of the bouquet will be sent to Newtown, Conn. as a way of letting them know that they are continuously held in the thoughts of the East Brook community.
