Landscape Business Plans Up for Review, School Board Meets This Week

Coming up this week on Patch

The Paramus Zoning Board is scheduled to hear plans this Thursday concerning site plan for the Greenscape Landscaping Company, an existing business on Forest Avenue, which intends to operate on a smaller lot.

Among the items to be discussed is the parking variance as 44 spaces are proposed as opposed to 81 required, the use of the land for the purpose of landscaping and nursery as well as the buffer zone which is proposed at 4.2 feet with 25 foot buffer required.

This is the second part of a larger plan to use part of the Forest Avenue property which the landscaping business currently operates on for a senior living facility, which was given the green light this spring.  The Board gave site plan approval to the Shelter Group in April for a 139-unit facility which will offer independent and assisted living, as well as dementia care for senior residents.
