"We're a New York City business that is trying to translate the experience in New York City in a suburban setting, and we thought Paramus would be a great market where this would resonate," said founder and owner Jon Sherman. "We wanted to go somewhere where there is a density of people and North Jersey, particularly Paramus, resonates with the urban nature of New York City."
Sticky's restaurants have and urban vibe to them and are adored with murals created by local graffiti artists. High-energy music is played in the restaurants and the staff are trained to engage with customers.
The restaurant will offer $1 chicken and fry baskets at the grand opening.
"We're excited to put it to the test in Paramus," Sherman said.
