OK'd Senior Living Facility Brings Site Plan Before Zoning Board
Paramus Zoning Board will hear from The Shelter Group Feb. 28 who return with the site plan and proposed signage for the previously approved senior living facility to be built on Forest Avenue.

The Shelter Group returns to the Paramus Zoning Board Thursday night to present site plan and signage approval for the 139-unit senior living facility on Forest Avenue which the board previously okayed last May.
The 35-foot tall facility would include a majority of independent living units along with a number of assisted living and dementia care units.
Shelter Group received the okay last May to build on nine acres of land, taking over part of the land owned by Greenland Landscape Company, which will stay open, as well as three lots occupied by single-family homes.
