Paramus Businesses Announce Delayed Openings Saturday

Paramus businesses are gearing up to reopen by early afternoon as the area recovers from the 10 to 12 inches of snowfall which forced many to close early on Friday.

Businesses continue to turn to social networking sites to announce closings and reopenings.

Westfield Garden State Plaza posted on Facebook it would reopen by noon Saturday.

Paramus Park Mall posted it would operate its normal business Saturday opening at 10 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.

Paramus Fabric Center on Route 17 North hopes to reopen by noon but suggests calling the store at (201) 843-7640 to be sure before stopping by, as per Facebook.

Some businesses opened first thing at 9 a.m. like Eastern Mountain Sports and 24Hour Fitness.

Gold's Gym posted on Facebook it would reopen by noon and Retro Fitness plans to be open by 1 p.m.

Whole Foods Market at Bergen Towne Center planned to reopen by 10 a.m. Gold's Gym by noon.
