Paramus Cops Nab Pair for Alleged Ticket Sales Scam

Police chief said the pair allegedly sold counterfeit Zac Brown concert tickets.

Police arrested two Bronx men on theft-related charges as a result of an investigation into counterfeit concert ticket sales advertised online.

Chief Kenneth Ehrenberg reported Wednesday that Tyron Carr, 30 and Ezequial Pinero, both of the Bronx, were arrested Tuesday as a result of the investigation.

The chief said detectives received information this weekend about an arranged meeting to sell tickets to a Zac Brown concert which were advertised on Craigslist.com. The tickets sold for $500 and were later determined to be counterfeit, police said.
