Paramus Schools Closed Due to Storm Threat

Paramus schools are spreading the word Sunday evening that schools will be closed Monday and, in most cases, Tuesday as well in preparation of Hurricane Sandy which is expected to hit the area by Monday.

All Paramus public schools will be closed both Monday and Tuesday as per the district website.

Bergen Catholic High School will close both Monday and Tuesday as per its website and Paramus Catholic High School has announced it will close Monday and will make a decision about closing Tuesday at a later time.

Also the Frisch School and the Yavneh Academy have announced closings for Monday.

Bergen Community College has announced there will be no classes on Monday due to the pending storm.
