PARAMUS, NJ — A man seen peeping on a woman inside a dressing room at a Kohl's department store was arrested last week in Paramus, Secaucus police Lt. Michael Viggiani said.
Jesus Gallegos Valdez, of Passaic, was arrested on Dec. 8 in connection with an incident that occurred in November at the store in Secaucus, where the woman, she reported, saw Valdez spying on her from within the changing room.
The woman had noticed him using his phone over the wall to look at her, exited the changing room and then saw him quickly leave the store, Viggiani said.
