2 Arrests Made In NJ Little League Concession Stand Break-Ins

Two people have been arrested after multiple concession stands were burglarized across New Jersey since April, officials said.

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Two people have been arrested in connection to a rash of Little League concession stand burglaries in North Jersey, the Morris County Sheriff's Office said.

Michael Kaloudis, 31, of Stanhope and Angela Perez, 34, of Middlesex, both face burglary charges in connection to the break-ins, a Morris County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said. The pair were arrested during a traffic stop in Bergen County on Monday; more information about the arrest was not immediately available. The Bergen County Prosecutor's and Sheriff's Offices did not immediately return Patch's request for comment.

At least 27 concession stands at local baseball fields have been targeted since mid-April, officials said last week. Most of the break-ins caused significant damages to the doors and the structure, and the thieves made off with cash, candy, drinks, and other items, officials said.
