Arrests In Big Gun, Drug Probe In Morris County: Prosecutor
Thirty-seven pounds of marijuana and cocaine were seized in a large gun and drug probe that resulted in two arrests, prosecutors said.

MORRIS COUNTY – Thirty-seven pounds of marijuana and cocaine were seized in a large gun and drug probe that resulted in two arrests, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office announced on Thursday.
The long-term drug investigation in Morris, Sussex and Bergen Counties ended on Wednesday when law enforcement officers from multiple agencies executed three search warrants in Sparta, Cliffside Park and Parsippany, prosecutors said.
The search warrants resulted in the seizure of approximately 350 grams of cocaine, 37 pounds of marijuana, numerous firearms and more than $300,000 in suspected drug distribution money, the MCPO said.

Samuel J. Rozynski, 44, of Sparta was charged with the following:
- 1 count of first-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
- 1 count of second-degree conspiracy to distribute controlled dangerous substances
- 1 count of second-degree money laundering
- 3 counts of second-degree possession of a weapon during the commission of CDS offenses
- 1 count of third-degree possession of cocaine and marijuana within 1,000 feet of school property
- 1 count of fourth-degree possession of prohibited weapons and devices (large capacity ammunition magazines)
- 1 count of first-degree possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- 1 count of third-degree possession of cocaine
- 1 count of fourth-degree possession of marijuana
Rozynski is currently in custody at the Morris County Correctional Facility, pending a detention hearing.

Alona Goulbourne, 37 of Cliffside Park was charged with the following:
- 1 count of second-degree conspiracy to distribute controlled dangerous substances
- 1 count of third-degree money laundering
Goulbourne has been released on pretrial monitoring conditions.
“The cooperation and coordination of investigative efforts by all involved agencies culminated in this very significant seizure of drugs and firearms," Knapp said "We will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to reduce the supply of illicit drugs.”
