Body Found In Parsippany Reservoir: Reports

A female body was found in the Boonton reservoir in Parsippany, according to reports.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Multiple police and rescue units pulled the body of a female in her 30s out of the Boonton reservoir on Sunday night, after authorities said the woman jumped into the water, according to the Daily Record.

Parsippany police responded to the Washington street bridge around 7 p.m. after reports of a suicidal woman, the Record reported. Additional agencies, such as the Morris Sheriff, assisted in the search.

The body was found after state police used thermal imaging cameras and a helicopter to locate the woman, the Parsippany Focus reported.
