Ejected Driver Dies, 3 Others Injured In Parsippany I-80 Crash
A Chevrolet Corvette was struck by a Lexus RX3 early Sunday morning, which resulted in fatal injuries for the Corvette driver, police said.
PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS, NJ - A driver died and three others were injured in a two-vehicle crash on I-80 early Sunday morning, authorities said.
The crash took place at around 2:41 a.m. on I-80 westbound near milepost 43.8 in Parsippany-Troy Hills, a spokesperson from the New Jersey State Police confirmed to Patch.
After entering I-80 westbound via a ramp from I-287, a Chevrolet Corvette traveling north on the highway was struck by a Lexus RX3, which resulted in the driver being ejected from the Corvette, police said.

The man, later identified as Luis Ramirez-Cano, 29, of Bogota, sustained fatal injuries.
A passenger of the Corvette was transported to Morristown Medical Center with unknown injuries; the driver of the Lexus sustained minor injuries but refused medical attention, police said.

The passenger of the Lexus sustained minor non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Saint Clare's Denville Hospital.
