Tierra Encanto, with the help of a New Jersey Economic Development Authority small business grant, will welcome Parsippany coffee lovers.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A new coffee shop is coming to Lake Hiawatha this Spring, thanks in part to a grant from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA).

The new coffee shop, Tierra Encanto, received a grant of $11,250 through the Small Business Lease Grant program under the NJEDA.

The NJEDA began the Small Business Lease Grant program in the wake of the COVID pandemic, as part of a "Main Street suite of products" to provide funding to small businesses for lease payments.
