Krystin Barnett, Patch Staff

Krystin is a former Federal Agent and investigative reporter. She is from New York, NY and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ with a degree in Creative Writing. She completed a Master's Degree in Journalism at Quinnipiac University, and worked for Inside Edition with CBS, The Newark Star-Ledger, The Hartford Courant, and Brave New Films. Krystin later began a second Master's with John Jay College of Criminal Justice in International Crime and Justice before moving to Washington, DC for federal service.

At Patch, Krystin is a Local Editor for Morris County, NJ. She is passionate about the value of information, strength in journalism, and serving her community.
