No Arrests After Armed Robbery In Morris Co.: PD
Police say a masked man robbed a gas station at gun point over the weekend.

PEQUANNOCK, NJ — Police are sill searching for a man that robbed a Pequannock Township gas station at gunpoint over the weekend.
The robbery happened the night of July 12, at the Delta gas station located at 242 Newark Pompton Turnpike. Police say a man wearing all black, including black gloves and a light blue ski mask, entered the gas station around 9:10 p.m. brandishing a gun.
The man demanded the gas attending hand over cash; once getting the money, the man fled on foot behind the station.

The K9 police unit tracked the man into the woods at the end of New Read St. until the search ended in the area of Greenwood Ave. and Madison St., when the scent was lost.
Police have not yet located the man, they said, and are asking for the public's help. Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area of July 12 are asked to contact the Pequannock Detective Bureau at 973-835-1700 Ext. 115. Residents and businesses with security cameras are also asked to check their video footage for anything suspicious.
