No Injuries In Tuesday Parsippany House Fire

A smoke detector alerted the homeowner to the fire.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — No one was injured in a house fire in Parsippany Tuesday morning, the Mount Tabor Volunteer Fire Department said.

First responders from twelve different agencies responded to the 36 Manor Lane fire, which was located in the basement. A smoke detector had alerted the homeowner to the fire, and they were able to get out safely. The fire was creating heavy smoke, which firefighters worked to address.
