The Parsippany High School boys baseball team is moving on to the second round of the NJSIAA North Jersey, Section 2, Group 2 tournament <a href="http://highschoolsports.nj.com/news/article/3304148373738504258/parsippany-5-at-caldwell-3-njsiaa-tournament-first-round-north-jersey-section-2-group-2-baseball/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">after defeating Caldwell</a> on Monday 5-3, according to the Star-Ledger. Parsippany, seeded 14, will now move on to face Garfield, seeded 6, on Friday in the second round of the tournament. Parsippany was able to gain a five-point lead after David Samuel gained two RBIs and a run and Nick Leitner had an additional RBI, according to the Ledger. The game was played in West Caldwell.
