Parsippany Man Pleads Guilty To Cocaine Trafficking Conspiracy

A 44-year-old Parsippany man, along with two others, pleaded guilty to Cocaine Trafficking Conspiracy in Newark federal court.

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A Parsippany man, along with two others, pleaded guilty to Cocaine Trafficking Conspiracy Tuesday in Newark federal court.

The man, 44-year-old Victor Pimentel, was found with over 2o kilograms of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and $322,000 in cash in his home, according to charging documents filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Court filings noted drug paraphernalia included two digital scales, two money counting machines, and a Food Saver vacuum sealing machine.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 22, 2020.

Narcisco Ramirez, 46, of Passaic, and Kiuny Perez, 42, of Rockaway Township, also pleaded guilty to Cocaine Trafficking Conspiracy.

A press release from the U.S. Attorney's office in the District of New Jersey stated police saw Ramirez and Perez meet in Passaic and exchange a package containing cocaine.

Later that day, police pulled Ramirez over and found three kilograms of cocaine in his car and on his person, the release stated. Later, two more kilograms of cocaine and $89,000 in cash were found in Ramirez's house. His sentencing is scheduled for June 17, 2020.

Police also found cocaine hidden in Perez's car and $297,350 in cash in his home, the release said. His sentencing is set for June 16, 2020.

The drug conspiracy charge carries a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison and a maximum sentence of life in prison.
