During her speech, DeCroce shared her personal journey in public life, beginning in her early twenties as a councilwoman in Minehill and progressing to various roles on numerous committees in multiple townships throughout the state of New Jersey.

"She reminded us to celebrate the many achievements of women despite the many challenges they continue to face in society and the need for all of us to work together to create a more equitable and inclusive world," officials from HSS Parsippany said. "She really set a high bar for all the attendees, having jumped even higher in life with her personal achievements."
