Point Boro Man Facing Many Charges After Arrest At Boat Launch
Richard F. Bartlinski, 38, had a controlled dangerous substance and hypodermic needle in his possession, police say

POINT PLEASANT, NJ - A borough man is facing a number of charges after Point Pleasant police found him with a controlled dangerous substance or analog and a hypodermic needle by the Canal Boat Launch on Beach Boulevard, Capt. Robert Lokerson said.
Richard F. Bartlinski, 38, Maxon Avenue, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance or analog, possession with intent to use or sell a hypodermic needle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver's license or registration, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and operating a motor vehicle in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, Lokerson said.
