Elderly Point Pleasant Beach Woman Strikes Man, 91, In Motor Vehicle Accident In Driveway
Rescuers had to use a jack to free the man, who was pinned underneath the vehicle.

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, NJ - A 91-year-old borough man was injured after an 81-year-old woman struck him in the driveway of a home at 606 New Jersey Avenue, according to the police department's Facebook page.
Police, members of the Point Pleasant Beach First Aid Squad and fire department responded to the home at 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 13 on a report of a motor vehicle accident on the property.
The man was pinned underneath the vehicle and police were able to use a car jack to raise it and remove him, the post states.

The victim was treated on the scene by First Aid Squad members and paramedics and was taken to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, where he is in stable condition, police said.
The police department is investigating the accident, the post states.
