Music, Beer and Wine Festival Today in Point Boro

Live bands, food, a beer and wine garden and a lovely spring evening overlooking the Manasquan River are all part of the Music, Beer and Wine Festival from 1 to 8 p.m. today.

The event will be held at River Road, Point Borough (see attached PDF for more details).

The live bands scheduled to perform are: Marc Ribler and Friends; The Funktion; Miz; Brue Crew and Yard Monsters.

The Borough won’t know the cost until after the event, when it's been calculated how much beer and Shadowbrook wine were sold, Borough officials said. The Borough is not charged for wine and beer until after the event, when the companies supplying those beverages know how much was used. The Borough expects to cover the cost, and make a profit beyond that, through the wine and beer sales.
