POINT PLEASANT BEACH – The Point Pleasant Beach Police department has announced a new “Neighborhood Partnership Initiative.”
This program will focus on safety initiatives and programs aimed to bolster communications with the residents and visitors of Point Pleasant Beach, police said.
The first meeting of the Neighborhood Partnership will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 7 p.m. in Town Hall on the second floor.

Councilman Doug Vitale will present “Social Media and Online Safety For All Ages.” This presentation will show attendees how to secure their social media pages and protect themselves online.
At the conclusion of the presentation, members of the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department will give a briefing and will be available to answer questions from residents.
