Point Beach Man Indicted on Resisting Arrest Charge
Several other Point Beach and Point Borough indictments from Ocean County grand juries

A Point Pleasant Beach man was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week on a resisting arrest charge.
James J. Lomonaco, 43, of Arnold Avenue, was arrested Sept. 28 and accused of fleeing Beach Detective Clint Daniel.
Lomonaco was initially held on $15,000 bail but posted Oct. 15.

Grand juries also indicted:
- Angela Vanartsdalen, 27, of Cohocton Avenue, Point Borough, on multiple charges accusing her of forging prescriptions to obtain Percocet.
Vanartsdalen is accused of passing a forged prescription at in the Borough on April 20, May 2 and May 11. She also is charged with passing forged prescriptions to obtain Percocet at Walgreen's in Brick on April 29 and May 6.

She was charged with five counts of obtaining a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and five counts of uttering a forged instrument. Vanartsdalen was released on a summons.
- Macauley S. Renner, 39, of Point Beach and Jesse D. Furbush, 32, of Point Borough on drug possession charges.
Both men were arrested Sept. 10 in Lakewood and accused of having heroin. Each was given a summons.
