Point Pleasant Borough honored the men and women in the armed services by holding a Memorial Day ceremony on Sunday.

Mayor William Schroeder and Borough Council members John Wisniewski, Bob Sabosik, Antoinette DePaola and Chris Leitner presided over the ceremony at

Grace Enright, a Point Borough resident, sang the national anthem and the choruses from the Borough middle and high schools also performed.

On Monday morning, a Memorial Day bicycle parade was held on Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach.
