Judge Lowers Bail for Princeton Man Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct
Ricardo Jack faces one count of criminal sexual conduct and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly provided marijuana and alcohol and committed an act of criminal sexual conduct on a minor near Bayard Lane.

Ricardo Jack, 40, of Leigh Ave, Princeton, was arrested  on Aug. 17 and charged with criminal sexual conduct and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly provided marijuana and alcohol and committed an act of criminal sexual conduct on a minor.
NJ.com reported that Jack's bail was lowered from $150,000 to $100,000 on Tuesday.Â

Ricardo was arrested by the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended him in Trenton.Â
Princeotn Borough Police have said a 15-year old victim reported that on several occasions in July, 2012 Jack provided marijuana and alcoholic beverages to four juveniles in a wooded area near Bayard Lane. Â

On one occasion, after providing the victim with alcoholic beverages and marijuana, Jack committed an act of criminal sexual contact on the victim.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office assisted in the investigation.
