Police Blotter: Burglary, Theft and a Car Accident
The following incidents were reported by Princeton Township Police for the period of Aug 20-22, 2012.

On Aug. 20 at 11:16 p.m., a motor vehicle accident with injury. Nicholas Senatore, 18, of Hightstown, was driving on Snowden Lane when he swerved to avoid a deer. He hit a curb and his airbag deployed. Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad responded, but Senatore refused medical treatment. The vehicle was towed away and Senatore was issued summons for careless driving.
On Aug 21 at 10:33 a.m., a theft in the 100 block of Shady Brook Lane. A caller reported that sometime between June 29, 2012 and mid-July someone took jewelry valued at more than $5,500 from an elderly family member’s home in Princeton Township.

On Aug 22 at 12:11 p.m., a burglary in the first block of White Oak Lane. Avictim reported they discovered items of value from their home in the bushes outside. An investigation revealed that the home had been entered by an unknown person/persons sometime overnight on the Aug. 21 and the items taken. The amount of items not recovered was undetermined at the time of the report. An investigation continues.
