Police Blotter: Motorcycle Accident and Two Car Accidents

The following incidents were reported by Princeton Township Police from Aug. 6-7.

 

On Aug. 7 at 3:55 p.m. Dr. Rachna Chadha, 35, of Kendall Park was driving north on Rt. 27 at Riverside when for an unexplained reason her Honda Odyssey left the road and hit a utility pole. Chadha was transported to a local hospital for observation and issued a summons for careless driving. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

On Aug. 7 at 7:19 p.m., there was an impact between a Kia driven by Sandra Decator, 65, of Flemington, and an Audi driven by John Barrett, 23, of Princeton in the CVS lot in the 800 block of N. State Road. The accident caused minor damage to both vehicles, but both were driven from the scene. Decator was issued a summons for careless driving.

On Aug. 8 at 7:02 a.m., Jade Ryan, 36, of Lambertville was traveling in the 600 block of Pretty Brook Road. when the motorcycle he was operating struck a deer. Ryan suffered an ankle injury and was transported to a local hospital. His motorcycle was towed from the scene. No summonses were issued.
