Princeton Man Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct, Endangering Welfare of a Child

He was apprehended on Aug. 17.

 

A Princeton man has been arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct and six counts of endangering the welfare of a child after he allegedly provided marijuana and alcohol and committed an act of criminal sexual conduct on a minor.

Ricardo Jack, 40, of Leigh Ave, Princeton, is being held on $150,000 bail, after the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended him in Trenton on Aug. 17, according to Princeton Borough Police.

According to police, a 15-year old victim reported that on several occasions in July, 2012 Jack provided marijuana and alcoholic beverages to four juveniles in a wooded area near Bayard Lane.  

On one occasion, after providing the victim with alcoholic beverages and marijuana, Jack committed an act of criminal sexual contact on the victim.
