Tree Limbs Down Power Lines, Close Portion of Harrison Street
The incident happened around 3:45 p.m.

North Harrison Street is closed between Ewing Street and Terhune Road after a tree limb knocked downed wires shortly before 3:30 p.m., according to Princeton Township Police Det. Annette Henderson.
Traffic lights are out at the intersection of N. Harrison and Valley Road (in front of the Princeton Shopping Center) and at N. Harrison and Franklin. Power was out at the Princeton Shopping Center for at least two hours.

Detours were posted and fire police were in the area. Drivers were are advised to use caution.
PSE&G reported between 1-500 customers are without power in both Princeton Borough and Princeton Township. Patch reader Mary P., who lives in the area of Ewing and Terhune, reported her power was out for about 90 seconds. Patch reader Diane G. reported that her power was still out at about 7 p.m.Â
