A bicyclist was taken to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle around 7:30 p.m. Thursday, police confirmed.
According to police, a man in his 40s was traveling east on Franklin Avenue when a vehicle pulling out of Baumgart's struck him. A 79-year-old female was charged with a summons.
Police confirmed there were injuries but did not elaborate on the severity.
