Man Caught With Child Sex Abuse Images In Bergen County: Prosecutorse

A Bergen County man had "digital files depicting nude and/or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children," prosecutors say.

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ — A Bergen County man was arrested for having nude and sexually explicit photos on his devices, prosecutors said.

Isaac D. Caceres, 24, of Elmwood Park, was charged Thursday with possession of child sexual abuse material, said the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office.

Prosecutors said that the county's Cyber Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at Caceres' home as part of an internet child sexual abuse material investigation.

Investigators determined that Caceres used the internet to view and download more than 100 explicit photos of children.

He was charged with third-degree possession of child pornography and taken to the Bergen County Jail to await a first appearance Superior Court, prosecutors said.
