German Shepherd Attacks, Seriously Injures Small Dog In Glen Rock: PD
The suspected aggressor dog left the Cavachon with skin lacerations to its rear hip and upper right thigh, police said.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — A German Shepherd allegedly attacked and injured a small, mixed-breed dog that was being walked with a leash by its owner, police officials said.
The suspected aggressor dog ran from a Gaynor Place home on March 21 in Glen Rock, and wounded the Cavachon, leaving the pooch with skin lacerations to its rear hip and upper right thigh, police chief Dean Ackermann said.
The attacking dog was contained by a family member of the owner, and the victim dog was taken to a local vet for treatment, Ackermann said.

Animal control services filed a "potentially dangerous dog" complaint for the German Shepherd with Glen Rock Municipal Court, and is seeking a warrant to seize the dog, pending a determination by the court, police said.
